Get Set Enterprises develop pattern based on design/artwork sent by client according to size chart. Patterns are kept buyer wise with proper products code and pictures of final product pasted on pattern for proper tractability and identification.
Get Set Enterprises always emphasizes to use top quality raw material to achieve best quality appeal. We sources raw material from well reputed suppliers according to required specifications.
Based on required style all cutting operations are carried out by straight knife cutting machines through designed patterns.
On completion of Cutting the cut panels which require Printing/Embroidery are issued to concerning department for printing and embroidery with customer design.
Garments are sewn in an assembly line, with the garment becoming complete as it progresses down the sewing line. Sewing machine operators receive a bundle of cut fabric and repeatedly sew the same portion of the garment.
After a garment is fully sewn and assembled, it is transferred to the ironing section of the facility for final pressing.
The packing is always done in conformity with the customers instructions. Packing cartons are sorted size and color wise. Before shipping all the packed cartons are audited internally as per customers Purchase order.
